Vocabulary: Personality Types- Part 1

Hello Friends, 
Now it’s time to boost our vocabulary. Since placement session is about to commence in few days and CAT is not very far, The Next Big Step has decided to help all students to boost their vocabulary.

5 words on different personality types:

1. EGOIST:
• Egoist is always concerned about himself.
• Egoist is always looking to fulfill all his desires.
• No matter what others do, he is concerned about himself.
• Egoist believes in self-advancement.
• Egoist is selfish.

2. EGOTIST:
• Braggadocio
• Talks about his/her accomplishments
• Modesty is not his cup of tea.
• Perfect example of EGOTIST is CHATUR MAHALINGAM of 3 IDIOTS.

3. ALTRUIST:
• Someone who makes charitable donations intended to increase human well-being
• Altruist is concerned with the welfare of others.
• Altruist is selfless

4. INTROVERT:
• A person who tends to shrink from social contacts and to become preoccupied with their own thoughts
• An introvert’s desire is to be liked and accepted by others.
• Introvert prefers solitude or company of one or at the max two people.
• Introvert is uncomfortable working in a team.
• Introvert’s thoughts are turned inwards.

5. EXTROVERT:
• A person concerned more with practical realities than with inner thoughts and feelings
• Extrovert is willing to help other and getting involved with others in their problems.
• Extroverts can be very good marketing guys.
• Extrovert’s thoughts are turned outwards towards other people.
• Extrovert can befriend anyone very easily.
